I would have never ever thought to see such a beautiful scenery. Driving from Beaudesert, QLD, in the mountains crossing many rivers and creeks, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. If the whole Australia runs out of water, be assure your grass will remain green. Now I understand why this region of NSW has been named “Northern Rivers”.

After about 2.5h drive from Brisbane area via the mountains, you reach this valley area as beautiful as you could ever imagine. The photos taken is real, no photoshop, no adding colour, nothing.

This place will never ever miss water, ideal for a dairy farm or just cattle grazing, and is not flooded. For grazing, you can think at a rotation of 80 beast every six months, so around 160 beasts per year. This will be “premium grass fed meat”, and the quality of the water from a Spring running underneath, and drinkable as it is, definitely contributes.

The land starts at the Roseberry Creek and goes all the way to the side of the mountain, where the state forest starts.

Over 67 hectares of pure beauty (672,600m2); you sincerely think you are in the hobbit village of the Lord of the rings.

Everything is ready for the next batch of cattle grazing, the cattle loading station and park remains (see photo), the solar power pump delivers water from a spring; the most beautiful water I have ever drunk, so fresh.

The owner has the authorisation from the local Council to build a house on this exceptional property. If you want to see the place, bring the family along, and I will meet you on site… just let me know a few days before so that I can organise.
