Approximately 35km east of Bellata and 65km south of Moree on the Berrigal Creek Road. Bitumen access to the block. Also accessed via Mellburra Road.

RAINFALL:
Approximately 675 mm annually.

COUNTRY:
The country rises gently away from flats along Berrigal Creek to more sloping type landscape towards the edges of the valley. Soils vary from chocolate and brown loam along the creek rising up to lighter red and sandy loam with areas or gravelly rock. Originally timbered by Gum, Box, Kurrajong, Ironbark and Pine.

LAND USE:
Approximately 20ha has been cleared along Berrigal Creek with 12ha arable.
Approximately 12ha under olive production with 2,000 trees planted.
Balance is heavily timbered scrub.

OLIVE PRODUCTION:
Approximately 2,000 mature olive trees in 1 field.

The property is boundary fenced which is all rural style and mostly good to stock proof. Minimal internal fencing.
