Uralla (Part) consists of two freehold titles in the Greater Hume Local Government area with an area of 123.5 hectares or 305 acres.
Uralla is located approximately 50km south east of Wagga Wagga and 25km north of Holbrook. The parcel is accessed from the sealed Pulletop Road on its western boundary.
Uralla comprises of 305 acres of highly productive creek flats and undulating rising country, which is under pasture and rated as approximately 85% arable. The creek flats (billabong creek soil landscape-alluvial) is suitable for cropping of cereal crops and canola as well as sheep and cattle grazing on improved pasture. Oats were grown on the northern paddocks in 2016 and on the western flats cut for silage in 2018. The property is currently used to graze 400 ewes.
Water is secured by Back Creek a permanent water source that runs east-west and into the Sawpit Creek on the southern boundary. The Sawpit Creek which runs intermittently is on the western portion and runs north-south which has springs. There are also 3 dams which are low after the dry year in 2018.
Improvements to the property include a two bay colorbond steel machinery shed, closed on three sides of approximately 9m x 12m. Next to the shed is a poly rainwater tank approx. 22,500l that collects water from the shed roof.

The property is fenced to four main paddocks; fencing ranges from fair to good stock proof condition. The older south eastern boundary and the north western boundary along the Pulletop Road are to be renewed in the coming months.
