The house is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom residence with multiple car accommodation and large shed.

Solar electricity on the roof which feeds into the grid as well as a separate solar hot water system.

Water supply provided by 3 x 6,000 gallon concrete tanks which are fed from the roof. There is a pressure pump attached to provide sufficient pressure and also a small gravity tank that will provide water to the house if the power goes off.

There is a separate 3,000 gallon poly tank that supplies water from the dam via a pump at the dam and a second pressure pump at the house to provide ample water for the garden or cattle etc through a separate line.
