This makes a great family home because it has a double block, and over the back fence there are just trees, and grass, and bush, and scrub. If you happen to have boys; they could play cricket in this yard, or jump the back fence and do BMX on the hillocks to the north; or go possum hunting; or whatever boys always find to do.
The house itself is low maintenance brick, with a tiled roof, and 16 solar panels on the roof. The lounge is large for a big family, and has reverse cycle air conditioning. Brand new kitchen has been installed, and the new electric stove has now been installed. The three bedrooms all have built-in robes and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is fresh carpet right throughout the house. The laundry is large enough to do your ironing in, as well as doing the washing. The dining room looks out through a full glass door into the fernhouse; as does the kitchen.
Outside you will find a closed-in single carport with lawn locker, now used for storage. Over on the other block there is a three bay Colorbond shed with lights and power, and the two roller doors are tall enough to take any 4WD. One of those roller doors is remote controlled. The two driveways would allow a semi-circular drive-thru if you have a large mobile home.
The backyard is fully fenced to contain a small ankle-biting dog. The magpies really like that backyard too.
Once the rain sets in, we will update the photos with beautiful green lawns.
