If you buy 5 acres, you don’t want neighbours on top of you; right? Well here is 5 acres of bush. To the east there is a house which gets used on some weekends when the owner comes up from Brisbane. To the north is a large grazing block, so very occasionally you might hear some bovine noises. On the west you do lack a fenceline, but check the photos because there is no doubt where the survey pegs are. Even so, on the western side is a vacant 5 acre block, and the owner comes up about every 6 months. Across the road on the south is another large grazing block.
The power comes in from the back, and there is a telephone landline at the back also. The back is the northern fenceline.
This block has been sitting here for over a decade; possibly two. Despite that, the grass hasn’t been mowed in a decade either. So this will be a low maintenance block where you could push a track in and make a nice weekend hideaway, or a grey nomad’s base.
