The land in Yarraman is rich and fertile. It will make a great plot for a retiring gardener.
There is already a nice cosy shed on the block. It would be about 6m x 6m, but was not really designed to take motor vehicles. My imagination tells me that this was going to be dad’s wood working shed. My wife says;”It’s mum’s summer potting shed”, but I think it is too flash for that.
The 797 m2 block gives you room to build something big, or you can go smaller and give yourself some room to move around in the yard. The owners have approached the Council and they said you could build 3 units on this block which would give a tidy return on investment. There is always a high rental demand in this regional area.
The shed has been erected at the back of the block, allowing space for another shed, if you wish. The power is onto the block but not connected yet. The water is onto the block, but currently capped.
Yarraman sits on the junction of the New England Highway and the D’Aguilar Highway, giving grey nomads easy access to the inland roads. Therefore a grey nomad could build here, and then go and wander as much as they like. Yarraman is a sleepy little country town; ideal for retirees looking to slow down a bit. This block is super close to the IGA supermarket and the local post office.
