Very private with no near neighbours, the block ranges between approx. 49m & 109m above sea level and has a variety of gums including Stringy Bark, Bloodwood, Spottie Gum, Iron Bark and lots of grass trees.

Deepwater is central to both Wreck Rock beach in the Deepwater National Park or Rules Beach. 15 mins will see you on either of these beaches or if you love fishing, you can put the tinny in tidal Deepwater Creek (14km) or tidal Baffle Creek (18km).

Rates are approx. $1,100 per year. Mail can be delivered 5 days a week and Coles delivers to your door. The school bus is available for both primary & high school children.

Baffle Creek facilities include a general store with fuel, hardware & fishing supplies, post office agency, bar, bottleshop and take-away. A courtesy bus is available if you would like to come to the Bar for a meal and cold drink.
