Overlooking the large dam, the air-conditioned residence is modern with an open plan kitchen, dining & lounge. There are 2 brms with the main having an ensuite & walk in robe. The toilet is separate from the bathroom & laundry. Besides the breezeway, there is a verandah along the front. Hot water is solar & total rainwater collection is approx. 29,000 gallons (approx. 112,500L).
Midskinrick Lodge is a modern home, fully self-contained & air conditioned with 3 brms & 2 bathrooms and can cater for groups up to 12. Open plan design, there are two lounge areas and a media room. The living area is large and caters for crowds. There is a verandah with a fireplace & BBQ and a fenced yard.
All up there are 14 camping sites – 7 of these are above the creek bank where there are plenty of level shady areas. Two toilet blocks cater for this area with septic toilets & one with shower room which are suitable for those campers with their own solar bag. These sites are unpowered, however inverter generators are permitted 8am to 7pm.
A further 7 sites are available around the huge dam. Both powered & unpowered sites are available in this area which has a camp kitchen, toilets & showers, drinking water, sink & a washing machine.
Visitors can utilise the dam which has a large jetty to swim or kayak or alternatively use the concrete boat ramp on tidal Baffle Creek which is well known for crabs, prawns and good fishing.
