The property is located on the waterfall circuit road between Ellinjaa Falls and Zillie Falls near Millaa Millaa on the Atherton Tablelands. It borders on the Wet Tropics World Heritage Rainforest. It is 800 metres above sea level giving it a comfortable sub-tropical climate and cools down nicely in the evenings. The house has a large connected Kitchen, Living and Entertainment Area downstairs along with a laundry, walk in pantry and bathroom. Upstairs is another Entertainment area with a large deck and a Veranda that wraps around three sides of the house with magnificent views onto Queenslands highest mountains Bartle Frere and Bellenden Ker. There are also 2 bedrooms and a sewing/craft room which can also be a bedroom. The master bedroom has a ensuite which is larger than most bedrooms and a walk in wardrobe. There is a semi-detached self-contained unit next to the house above the garage. We often get visitors from the native wildlife like cassowary, bandicoots, wallabies, countless birds and tropical butterflies with platypus living in the pond just below the house. The garden is a lush tropical garden with many fruit trees and flowering plants and another fish pond that also has yabbies that are like a sweet water lobster. The 150 acres of land surrounds the house is undulating with green pastures and many shade trees. There are currently 40 head of beef cattle and 1 horse on the property.
Whoever inspect this property will not want to leave.
