Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and are configured as ‘duel key’. This allows holiday makers the opportunity to choose from multiple accommodation options, across all budgets. They can choose from:
- A one bedroom apartment (includes the kitchen),
- a hotel style studio room,
- the full two bedroom apartment, or
- even select two apartments and have 3 or 4 bedrooms in total
The flexibility of letting options helps to increase occupancy rates across the entire resort, as well as helping to reducing cleaning costs.
With an on-site management team to look after everything (accommodation and tour bookings, cleaning, maintenance etc) your investment is in very safe hands. Unique to the resort, is a type of ‘pooled’ investment scheme, where all resort income and costs are shared evenly amongst the unit owners each month. You’ll even get paid in the 4 weeks you use the unit yourself!

The Mission Reef Resort as it stands today, was completed in two stages. The 1st stage was constructed in 2005, with the second stage completed in 2009. The resort has a total of 15 dual key apartments on site.
