SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Unit holder can use the apartment to a maximum of 10 weeks a year.
During Queensland and NSW school holidays the apartment will be let out on a holiday rental basis and revenue from this will be applied to expenses such as body corporate levies, management fees, repairs and Maintenace)
Unit holders can us the apartment during Queensland and NSW school holidays but will be required to pay the set tariff for school holidays.
