Q- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BODY CORPORATE
Buyers MUST do their own due diligence and searches. There are multiple current court cases ongoing, and it is possible that such litigation could result in the issuance of a special levy.

As of the 17th April, there is a planned disruption to services due to alleged monies owing to the service provider Normally all power, gas, water is included in the Body Corporate Levies, however no information is available at this time as to how everything will be moving forward.

A- Even without services, body corporate fees are still required to be paid as there are various expenses such as insurance, maintenance, legal expenses and body corporate management fees that need to be covered.
