Income quoted:
The income has been calculated using the appropriate calculator supplied by NDIS. (date June 22) The incomes change depending on type and size of dwelling, the number of participants, the Care levels required by those participants. This is the maximum income for this care category andnumber of participants or tenants.
Leases and Management: The initial leases are usually 6 months to 12 months and then may be an extended amount of time. Sometimes they are very long term eg 3 years to 5 years. These people with disability like to reside in their “forever home” and if they are happy with their home they will stay for long periods of time. Management must be undertaken by a special licensed Management Company to NDIS Managements. Please request details for this. The Care Providers may charge a Registration/Management Agreement fee (we have allowed $5000 plus gst) and they may charge for the sourcing and placement of each partoicipant (tenant) we have included $6000 plus gst for each. We suuply you with a schedule for these costs upon request.
