The project is made up of 158 units across two towers and construction is well underway with both towers topped out and the scaffold drop commenced on Tower 2, with Tower 1 to start the drop in the new year. All parking is above ground on Levels 1, 2 & 3. In Tower 1 (South Tower) apartments commence on Level 4, with our Premier and Penthouse units on Levels 14 & Level 15. In Tower 2 (North Tower) apartments commence on Level 3, with our Premier units on Level 9.

All resident amenities are contained on the Ground Floor and on the Level 4 podium deck. These facilities include an onsite manager’s office with parcel room, 20m resort pool and resident’s lawn, resident’s terrace with yoga lawn, BBQs and break-out areas as well as a private dining room and home-office lounge. We will also have a series of ground floor retail tenancies under both towers, we are currently working on our leasing strategy with a view to partnering with targeted restaurant operators as well as health & being tenants to complement the tenancy mix.

As far as the location is concerned, it doesn’t get much better. The building is located in the heart of the new Maroochydore CBD which is becoming the new epicentre for business and commerce on the coast. The CBD itself is only minutes from Maroochydore Beach, Cotton Tree, Sunshine Plaza and direct access to the motorway with Noosa only 30 minutes to the North and Brisbane a little over 1 hour to the South.
