The main section of the shed provides 100mil thick cement with reinforcement, also including a large heavy duty cement truck pad, outside the shedding. There is also a bitumen driveway from the shedding complex to Swamp Road.

It follows that heavy duty 3phase power is connected to the sheds, as well as the bores; backup power from an 80KVA Arison Genset with Perkins Motor.

The stone is from the Basket Range stone quarries and the extensive stone landscape walling, from the Carey Gully quarries. Furthermore, fencing around the homestead consists of heavy proportioned railway sleeper posts (cemented in the ground) and complimentary hardwood rails well positioned with bolts and associated brackets. In essence, exceptionally well-built with great proportion.

Under floor heating has been installed in the living areas, the ceramic slate style flooring with the inlaid diamond style patterns, also very special. The house kitchen/family area also adjoins the separate rumpus room, both areas enjoying lots of light and great views.
