The block of land is simply outstanding at 1000 m2 (approx.) and with so much potential to either keep the cottage or, in time, replace with a modern property that fully envelops the views to create an exceptional holiday or family home. The cottage is comfortable as is and remains authentic to the era (1940’s/50’s?) but there is no denying it’s a genuine shack with loads of character. Home has a large open plan living and dining area with timber floor boards and again the views from these areas is wonderful.
