This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a raw, unspoiled slice of Tasmania comprising 77.5 hectares of native forest and natural wetland with a plentiful supply of sustainable fallen timber. The area is zoned Rural Resource by virtue of the Central Highlands Interim Planning Scheme 2015 and the land use code is forestry-natural bush. Access to the block is via a forestry track so you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to view and access which will not be a problem for all you hunters and fishers out there!

The area is surrounded by lakes for fishing, boating and recreation including Lake Echo, Dee Lagoon, Bradys Lake and Bronte Lagoon so no shortage of rainbow and brown trout. For those of you who enjoy dirt biking at weekends you could create tracks in your own private section of wilderness and of course this area is also well known for its deer hunting.

The Central Highlands of Tasmania are filled with picturesque heritage towns, spectacular lakes and mountains, not to mention being the home and source of our hydro electric system. There is simply no place like it, come and see for yourself. Give Nicholas a call to make a convenient time to inspect.
