Only 1 hour from Launceston Airport, Launceston being one of Australia’s oldest cities, established in 1806 and home to many historic buildings and sites. The drive to Weymouth will take you through some of the most beautiful scenery on your way to this unspoilt beach hamlet. Close by to the Tamar Valley wine route with exceptional wineries, rated in the top 10 in the world. Pipers Brook winery and Janz are only a 10 minute drive away. Another 30 minute drive and you can be in Bridport home to the world class Barnbougle Golf course and Polo venue. A litle over 1 hours drive will take you to the Mountain bike capitol of the world at Derby recently hosting the world Enduro competition.

The house has a good sized kitchen, separate laundry, dining area leading to the lounge which has a cosy wood fire for those cool winter evenings opening up onto the large entertaing deck, a shower room, double bedroom and a bunk bedroom suitable for children, all on the ground floor.
