White Beach is located just off Pot Boil Road, only a 5 minute drive to the pretty port village of Lady Barron at the southern end of Flinders Island. Comprising a land area of 6.553 hectares or 16 acres, the property enjoys a frontage of 181 metres to the beautiful sandy foreshore reserve of White Beach. The beach itself is approximately 1.5 kilometres in length extending to the tip of Dick Davey Shoal. Consisting mainly of native vegetation, the block itself has many suitable house sites (STCA). Views from this area are amazing, looking out to Little Green Island, Cape Barren Island and the Peaks of Flinders. The bay is mostly sheltered offering a protected boat anchorage.
