mechanical means in accordance with the Building
Code of Australia
• Split system heating and cooling to each office area,
sizing as required

LIGHTING
• Lighting in accordance with National Construction
Code requirements for artificial light
• Emergency and exit lights in accordance with the
National Construction Code and relevant Australian
Standards
• Sensored flood light above each roller door
• High bay LED lighting to warehouses
• LED down lights to offices and external entry door

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
• Conduits and provisions provided for future
installation by purchaser

FIRE SERVICE
• Fire services to be provided to the requirements of the
MFB and National Construction Code
• Hand held fire extinguisher to each storage unit as
required by the MFB
