After many ideas of the best use of this property our client has successfully received a permit to sub divide the rear yard to construct a dwelling on it. We are still waiting for further details however what we know:
- The 2 shops and existing dwelling will be on 1 title
- The vacant, rear yard will be on a seperate title with permission to construct a 2 story, 3/4 bedroom street frontage dwelling
The property will be offered with the permit in place initially, failing a successful sale our client will complete the subdivision and offer each property separately.
