Two young professionals females seeking another housemate for our newly built 3-bedroom house in Macgregor. We are seeking a reliable fun professional to live with us until September/October 2012.Rent is $595 monthly.Looking to move in Sunday 25th March 2012.Both of us work full time so we are preferably looking for someone who also has a full time job. The house consists of three bedrooms with a fully functional kitchen large living area. You would share the bathroom with both of us. We have a very large backyard. Due to the housemate moving out we have limited furniture so if you have any you are more than welcome to bring it!Only 10 minutes to Belconnen and 20 Minutes drive to the CBD. Internet and foxtel available if contributing to costs. Gas and electricity expenses are shared equally 4 weeks rent for bond and two weeks rent payable in advance when you move in.
