Hi all we have a large size room available in a spacious two storey townhouse in Gungahlin. The house is fully furnished (with the exception of the room available) with 4 bedrooms large kitchen with dishwasher open plan lounge dining additonal study and living room and a secure garage space for the new tennant. The available room has double built in robe and shared bathroom with tub and seperate toilet (additional bathroom downstairs). There is plenty of storage space to accommodate any extra furniture you might need to bring with you. The current housemates are two females 25 and 27 both full time professionals both studying for post-graduate degrees part-time. We are both very laid back and relaxed around the house enjoy playing and watching sports of any kind and lead active lifestyles. We are looking for someone similar who is considerate and clean around the house. No pets or smokers please.The house is located close to bus routes that service the City Centre and only a 10min walk from Gungahlin Town Centre. Current rent is based on 3 person household; potential to be lower with the addition of a fourth housemate down the track.Thanks for reading
