Update 1/11/2018: I am holding an inspection this Saturday 3 Nov between 1100am and 1200pm, however due to the massive number of enquiries i will only be allowing groups or families willing and able to apply to lease both the house and the flat (four bedrooms) for $800. If there are no successful applicants at this inspection then i will of course schedule further inspections inviting groups or families who are only willing to lease one or the other.
