A single room is available big enough for a student. We have one more room considered as stash that also can be used for stuff. The place is close to Canberra shopping center 3 minutes to center by walking bus stop at the door very suitable for those working in the city center students at ANU or ADFA or… or professionals working near the civic smoking outside only please. The current housemates are two PhD students male in their late 20 very quiet and always busy with their works or at uni and another is a female student studying master in ANU. We are looking for someone with the same conditions (important ) clean and tidy.The house is located in amazing place and suitable for everyone.The rent is 185(excluding bills).
