As one of our roommates is gonna leave us we are looking for another proper one from January two options are available :a very big room with private ensuite and WIR maybe suitable for a couple too (210 pw). The other one is a smaller room with sharing bath with another one.(170 pw) the place is close to Canberra shopping center 3 minutes to center by walking bus stop at the door very suitable for those working in the city center students at ANU or ADFA or… or professionals working near the civic. bills (Electricity telephone and high speed Internet) are split equally. no pets smoking outside only please.the current housemates are two PhD students male in their late 20 very quiet and always busy with their works or at uni. we are looking for someone with the same conditions clean and tidy boys and girls and couples are welcome
