Hi We, 1 male and 2 females all in our early 30′s, have a 3 bedroom house we are renting but require another person to rent one of the bedrooms out. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the females who is always away Friday through to Sunday. We have a big garden so we get a gardener in every now and then (about $30 each). The price for the room includes wireless internet and foxtel. Electricity/gas/water is split every 3 months. We also have a dog who is mainly indoors and is house trained, so dog lovers are a must! There is space for a car in front of the house on a large strip.

The house is fully furnished (apart from the vacant bedroom), however the new housemate will require a fridge of their own…….don’t be stressed if you don’t have one as you can find really cheap good ones. As the title suggests, the room is massive; you can definitely fit a king size bed in there as well a dressing table and study desk. The room also has 2.5 inbuilt wardrobes as well as shelf storage.

What we are looking for in a our new housemate: someone who isn’t lazy and is willing to help around the house with cleaning. Someone with common sense and good hygiene! Someone who doesn’t forget when rent or bills are due.
