The room:Double sleigh bed in room – MODERN medium/large private house with most mod commodities. Ducted heating built in robes large separate bathrooms (not ensuite). Medium sized room nice back yard – large loungeroom 2nd sitting room big kitchen…. Rent (2 weeks in advance) includes Electricity Gas Water yard maintenance Cleaner (monthly) local phone generous internet and our great company. Location: Close to Ourimbah Uni (3 min by train). Easy to locate address on flat land. On street parking – if youd like more pictures – just ask! Ill email them to you. We have now uploaded four pics.We are active friendly social stable humorous and work way too hard (2 of us study at Ourimbah Uni/College) also. Usually mundane routine weekdays – a few friends over on weekends a few drinks and laughs… We are fairly tidy people and have a cleaner come in once a month to maintain house. Give us a call!
