Im a mature age student at Newcastle Uni and work part time in retail.The house is 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms 15 min walk to train station and uni. 2min drive to F3 5min walk to the bus. Polished floor boards and air con/heating. Large enclosed back yard. Must be employed and tidy. Bond (4 weeks rent) is also required. Storage space available if needed.
