This is a fully furnished holiday home near beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

On the ground floor, there is a sitting room with a sofa bed, a 32″ TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining room which leads out onto a sandstone courtyard with covered gazebo and BBQ. There is a second toilet off an internal laundry, and a lock up garage.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, an air conditioner and a built-in wardrobe. There is a double bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. There is a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom has good TV.

Linen, bedding and towels are provided. This home is cleaned between stays.

There is a nearby bus stop, which goes to Woy Woy Station and surrounding areas. Woolworths is at one end of the street and the main part of the beach is at the other.

The following are some standard rates for two people:
$700 for 2 weeknights(Monday-Thursday)
$830 for 3 weeknights
$890 for Friday and Saturday nights
$1020 for 3 nights, including Saturday
$1250 for 5 nights, including Saturday
$1430 for 1 week ($1900 school holidays, $2200 peak)

To make a booking, 50% of the rent is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival a $300 bond is due with the balance.
