Due to Healthe Care’s continued growth they are seeking a keen operator to run a brand new caf in the reception area at the front of Brisbane Waters Private Hospital, Woy Woy.
The caf is located at the front of the hospital in the newly built wing, with a lease for approximately 44 square metres with great exposure.
The caf includes a limited table and seating area, all cabinetry, sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee grinder, warming cabinet, microwave and a drinks fridge. Other kitchen supplies such as bowls and cutlery will also be supplied.
The caf will be a reheat caf with retail tenancy only. No open flame or frying of foods and no sale of alcoholic beverages.
The lease on offer is a 2 year term, with a 2 year option to renew.
Trading hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (weekend and public holiday trading hours, may be negotiated, upon approval).
Rental costs will be $14,300.00 plus GST per annum.
