Hi I live in a home in East Maitland close to Green Hills shopping centre with a room available to rent. The room is furnished with a cupboard bed and desk. The home is has 4 bedrooms 2 living areas an entertainment area and a pool. I am 47 and my 22 yr old daughter also lives with me. Rent is $120/week including utilities.
