7. Minimum Stay: 2 nights except for Christmas Peak which has a 1 week minimum
8. Cleaning Fee: $88.00 (fixed charge per letting, paid by tenant)
9. Bond: $500 or Credit Card imprint/swipe/deduct and then refund etc
10. Booking Conditions:
* Deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking.
* Low season: payment in full 21 days prior to arrival date
* High season: payment in full 30 days prior to arrival date
* Cancellation policy: Fee of $50 applies to all cancelled bookings.
* Low season: 21-60 days prior to arrival date 50% of deposit
* Low season: 21 days or less prior to arrival date 100% of total price
* High season: 30-90 days prior to arrival date 50% of deposit
* High season: 30 days or less prior to arrival date 100% of total price
