The unit is in great condition with a new kitchen and bathroom freshly painted inside. Really tidy with plantation shutters and carpeted throughout. Air conditioning in main bedroom which flows through to living plus gas. Adamstown is a very central suburb and the unit is in a fabulous spot close to shops and public transport. There is a garage available.I am looking for a happy friendly flatmate who likes a laugh and is easy going. I work full-time and like to socialise.
