the rent calculator is a bit weird – $145 per week is $580 per month with all bills split 50/50 when they come in. two weeks rent required as bond.the 2 bedroom unit is fit for two girls. renovated and painted when i first moved in 11+ months ago. room fits queen bed plus other shelving chest of draws and clothes rack. no wardrobe in room but cupboard across the hall is available to whomever takes the room. parking down the back of the units. We have crim safe on the windows – but in 11 months I have had no issues with crime at all.ask any questions and i will organise inspections of the room as soon as possible.its approximately 2mins down the road to beaumont street 5mins to darby street (driving).
