Situated on the eastern side of Darling Street, between Robertson and Hargreave Streets. It is close to the Port of Newcastle and has easy heavy vehicle access to all major transport routes.

As new workshop / warehouse has been built for a 10T OHC but at the moment only has the crane rails wide access roller door.

Includes demountable office at the front if required.
