Hi all my names Chris Im 28 happily single electrician and Im looking for someone to share accommo with just me..The house is in a sweet spot in Hamilton close to everything.The room is massive! built in wardrobe original fireplace (not working) polished floorboards big window private use of ensuite sized bathroom garage and on st parking.. The room is unfurnished but the house is set up with all the essentials ( there is room however if needed for more of whatever)Essentially Im looking for someone who is super reliable with rent and bills honest and independent.
