Room available in 3 bedroom apartment in the regatta quay apartments in Maryville. Preferably looking for a female to share with two males aged 27. We both work up in the mines around Singleton and we have a house up that way that we stay at whilst we are up there working. We work every second weekend so we dont spend a heap of time back in Newcastle so you would have the house to yourself for most of the week. The room has built ins and has a door that opens up to the back balcony that overlooks the complex pool and spa. The front veranda looks over the river house is fully furnished exept for the room available. It is a secure complex with a swipe card entry.We like to keep the house very clean and would like the new housemate to be a clean and tidy one we enjoy drinking and going out on weekends when in Newcastle but the house is not a party house.Happy to show anyone through that is interested send an email and we can organise from there.
