This building is an exhotel with 10 rooms. Some rooms can accommodate up to 5 people others have a small kitchen with a fridge and would easily fit a couple and one child. We understand that in todays economic climate and the shortage in rental properties anyone can become homeless. This building is managed by a Real Estate office with a social concience and a desire to assist those in need and there are people on site at all times.

Daily and weekly rates available however we are not long term usually 3 mths is our maximum however everybody has different circumstances.
