To apply for a property through Byron Bay Professionals you are required to abide by the following process:-
1. Email or telephone our office to view the property as we do group inspections of our rentals.
2. Attend inspection and collect our Application for Tenancy form. Should you not be able to attend the inspection please telephone our office prior and inform our Rental Department the name of the person who shall be attending on your behalf.
3. Complete all questions on application form and provide us with 100 points of ID, which must include photo ID and proof of income, Applications shall not be processed until all 100 points are submitted to our office.
4. Submit application for any person that will be residing at the property who is over the age of 18.
5. We will then do our best to get back to you as soon as possible
6. If you application is approved you need to be ready to pay a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent, as security on the rental property.
7. You will then need to have access to a 2nd week of rent and a bond (being 4 weeks of the weekly rent) upon taking possession of the property
8. It is your responsibility to arrange your own utility connections
