Part cancellation of booking will not be accepted.
The Landlord may cancel at anytime up to 3 months prior to letting, in which case the Tenant will receive a full refund. Should the Tenant cancel the booking, deposit will be refunded (less cancellation fee of $110.00) provided the accommodation is re-let for the whole term of the cancellation at full rent.
