Booking Procedure
A deposit of 50 % of the total rent and a signed copy of the booking conditions is required upon booking. 3 weeks prior your arrival the balance of payment must be finalised.

Booking Conditions
Sheets and towels are not supplied, linen hire is available if you don’t wish to bring your own. Otherwise the house is fully self contained and equipped. A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is required for every booking. No functions are allowed at the premises
