This downstairs section has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, DVD player, garage, outdoor shower and table setting, direct beach access (see photos) and reserve at rear. Sleeps 8 people. This can also be rented in conjunction with the top section to make a total of a 6 bedroom house.

Priced from $625 – $1650 per week depending on season, a 7 night minimum applies to this property.

Booking Conditions:
No pets, no functions allowed at the property.
All bookings require a fully refundable $500 security deposit . Upon making a booking 50% of the rent and a signed copy of our booking conditions are required as soon as possible and the balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Linen is not supplied although hire is available if you don’t wish to bring your own. Otherwise the property is fully equipped and self contained.
