No pets, no functions allowed at the property.
All bookings require a fully refundable $500 security deposit . Upon making a booking 50% of the rent and a signed copy of our booking conditions are required as soon as possible and the balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Linen is not supplied although hire is available if you dont wish to bring your own. Otherwise the property is fully equipped and self contained.
