This can also be rented in juction with the top section to make a total of a 6 bedroom house. Priced from $460 to $1710 per week depending on season, a 7 night minimum applies to this property. Booking Conditions: No pets, no functions allowed at the property. All bookings require a fully refundable $500 security deposit . Upon making a booking 50% of the rent and a signed copy of our booking conditions are required as soon as possible and the balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Linen is not supplied although hire is available if you dont wish to bring your own. Doonas, mattress protectors, and pillows are supplied. Otherwise the property is fully equipped and self contained.
