How to book in to a view & apply for a rental property.
1. Complete rental application & provide ID prior to booking inspection.
2. Register with our agency to view property via realestate.com, casino.ljhooker.com.au or calling our office on 0266627222.
3. Attend inspection at allocated time.
4. All applications will be processed as soon as possible.
5. We will contact only the successful applicant. If you want an update on your application please call after 72 hours of viewing the property.
6. The approved applicant must pay a holding deposit. This deposit needs to be equal to one weeks rent.
7. The approved applicant will need to pay a further one week rent and 4 weeks bond at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
8. It is the tenant’s responsibility to arrange your own utility connections. We are able to assist with this. If you require assistance please speak to one of our staff.
