Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 single bed, a living area, bathroom and laundry.
Outside off the living area and one of the bedrooms is an undercover patio to escape the warm summer days.
Whilst upstairs offers another two bedrooms – the main with a queen size bed and dressing room and the second has two more single beds.
Also upstairs is a modern kitchen which opens onto the lounge and dining room and a large wooden deck with breath taking views of the ocean and Cook island. The upstairs bathroom features a deep bathtub for your complete relaxation.
Around 50mtrs from the local shop, across the road from the beach and parklands with childrens playground, picnic tables and BBQ’s. Enclosed yard
