Option 1
Have we got the property for you, set up to accommodate the larger family, fishing clubs, or perhaps a couple of families on holidays together this property can sleep 10 people utilizing the main residence only.
Tastefully decorated and recently renovated the property provides 4 bedrooms in the main residence each with a Queen bed and one with a set of single bunks. Out side is a large cook house complete with BBQ, a great place to cook up the days catch. Centrally located and a short walk to shops, Bay and boat ramp. There is dual access and plenty of room to park the boats and cars.

Option 2
The property also offers the opportunity to use the bunk house which has another 2 double beds and a set of bunks .With 2 separate showers and an extra toilet. Limited cooking facilities and would suit those wanting low key accommodation.

Option 3
A large caravan with fully enclosed annex, it has a queen bed in the annex and another in the van plus a set of single bunks. All cooking facilities provided and a very comfortable set-up for those wishing to find cheaper accommodation.

Please note that the main house has priority booking and options 2 & 3 can only be booked separately if the house is vacant. All three can be booked together as one booking and the relevant tariff will apply

Special Note:

For all bookings 50% of the tariff plus administration fee of $25.00 is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within 7 days from the date you made the booking. Your balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Reference – you must put your surname and the property name as reference otherwise we will not be able to track your payment, and you could lose your booking.

Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons.

Cheque or money order sent to PRDnationwide Iluka, PO Box 122, ILUKA NSW 2466.

Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the PRDnationwide Yamba or Iluka offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.

A $500 – $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security deposit is payable. Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
