Two bedrooms, the first with 2 x single beds and the second with 1 x queen bed, as well as a beautifully appointed bathroom and laundry.

The downstairs family room opens out to courtyard overlooking the 10 metre in-ground swimming pool and tropical gardens.

On the second level (upstairs) the fully stocked granite hostess kitchen will mean you can cater at home if you wish or call for take-out from any number of restaurants at Salt Village located just metres from your home.

The formal lounge room on this level opens out onto your spacious balcony with BBQ and casual outdoor furniture, an ideal spot for dinner and to relax! The lounge room offers a huge plasma TV with surround sound. Or, if you wish you can catch up on movies with the collection of DVD’s through the home theatre system, as well as satellite TV.

Also on the upper level is a separate dining room, wrap-around north east decks, cloakroom, master suite with granite ensuite, spacious walk-in robe and king sized bed and separate deck.
